Parts guys here are very tolerant of me with oddball questions and parts inquiries. building an offroad Subaru requires a lot of questions and they’ve been very patient with me and helped more than most places I’ve talked to.

update, I would give 10 stars to the parts department. Derrick, Shaun and Phil always take time for me and put up with my repeated calls and questions. I don’t often buy OEM parts because my vehicle is older and used mainly for offroading. but when I do need OEM and weird stuff that no one typically buys because I’m doing custom work, parts are never more than a couple days away.

went in for a front diff only fluid change. pricing was excellent and the work was swift. Shaun (assistant service manager) was super easy to deal with and was quick to answer all my questions.

absolutely the best dealership experience I’ve had to date.
